HerEase Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely comfortable with your HerEase purchase.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to request a return

Email us at [your email] or use our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll share pickup/return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer (for COD orders, minus applicable shipping charges).

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or damaged-by-misuse products cannot be returned.

Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned per the policy above.
